From Harvard and Porter Square :  Follow Massachusetts Ave. towards Arlington away from Harvard Square.  About 1/2 mile from Porter Square turn left onto Harvey Street.  This is directly after the trolley barn on the right; there is also a sign pointing to Cambridge Lumber Yard.  Follow Harvey for 3 very short blocks and turn left onto Reed and take a left at the very first street onto Dudley Street.  Park in the lot on the right ( put a notice that you are visiting the LifeWorks Center) or park on the street right next to the gray building.  The office is #50 on the corner of Cedar and Dudley.

From Downtown Boston, Brookline: Take Storrow Drive to Cambridge, bear right after exit for Harvard Sq. & then bear left onto Fresh Pond Parkway, stay in right lane to stay on Fresh Pond Parkway, follow past Fresh Pond on the left, and go left  around the first rotary, right around the 2^nd rotary onto Rt 2, past the Fresh Pond Mall and movie Theater & over the overpass.  At the 1^st light after the overpass take a right onto Rindge Ave., take the first or second left off Rindge and then a right onto Dudley St.  Park in the parking lot on the right after the stop sign at Reed St. next to the gray building, ( put a notice that you are visiting the LifeWorks Center) or park on the street right next to the gray building.  The office is #50 on the corner of Cedar and Dudley.

From Rt 3 & 93 South: go through the tunnel and onto the Zakum Bridge follow 93 a few miles to exit 29 rt. 28 Somerville, left at fork off exit follow 28 thru intersection merge onto Mystic Ave.  Turn left at Harvard St and go straight to Powder House Circle.  Follow Circle around as if you were going straight onto College Ave into Davis Square.  At the light in Davis Sq turn right and go up Holland Street at the top of the incline turn left onto Cameron Ave.  Go across straight across Massachusetts Ave Cameron Ave becomes Harvey St. go two very short blocks and turn left onto Reed then left at the very first street onto Dudley.  Park in the lot on the right ( put a notice that you are visiting the LifeWorks Center) or park on the street right next to the gray building.  The office is #50 on the corner of Cedar and Dudley.

From 93 North:  Take the Medford exit for Rt 16.  At the end of the exit turn right and go straight through the light onto Harvard St and go straight to Powder House Circle.  Follow Circle around as if you were going straight onto College Ave into Davis Square.  At the light in Davis Sq turn right and go up Holland Street at the top of the incline turn left onto Cameron Ave.  Go across straight across Massachusetts Ave Cameron Ave becomes Harvey St. go two very short blocks and turn left onto Reed then left at the very first street onto Dudley.  Park in the lot on the right ( put a notice that you are visiting the LifeWorks Center) or park on the street right next to the grey building.  The office is #50 on the corner of Cedar and Dudley.

By MBTA: BUS- take the North Cambridge Trolley or the Arlington Bus to North Cambridge - Dudley Street.  The Trolley ends at Dudley.  You may have to get off the block before or after Dudley on the Arlington Bus.  Cross Mass Ave. and walk one block up Dudley - pass the Greek Corner Restaurant, and a children's playground.  The office is on the Corner of Cedar and Dudley.

 Train - take the red line to Harvard and follow the directions for the bus or take the train to Alewife Station. At Alewife  Come out the N. Cambridge exit follow the walkway  slightly left to Russell Field.  Walk across the walkway which goes across Russell Field and ends at Dudley Street.  Walk down Dudley to the office at the corner of Cedar and Dudley.  It is about a 7 –10  minute walk from Alewife Station to the office.
